Job Title: Cyber Security Researcher - AI Red Team

Location: Fully Remote

Pay Rate: $61 - $64

Top Requirements:

- 2+ years of AI Cyber Security Research experience

- 2+ years of experience creating proof-of-concepts, exploits, or performing reverse engineering

- 3+ years of converged/red team testing experience

- 3+ years of experience presenting complex technical topics to diverse stakeholder groups

- 3+ years of writing detailed technical reports explaining attack chains & vulnerabilities

Plusses:

- Experience with Kubernetes & Docker containerization

- Experience with GenAI and/or large-scale AI model testing

- Strong attention to detail in complex technical environments

Job Summary:

This role supports the Offensive Security Research team by conducting cybersecurity testing against AI technologies from a red-team perspective. The Cyber Security Researcher will identify and exploit AI-related vulnerabilities, analyze their operational impact, and provide detailed reporting with recommended mitigation strategies. The role requires strong expertise in AI security, vulnerability research, exploit creation, and technical communication.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Perform red-team style cybersecurity testing on AI systems and related technologies

Identify, exploit, and validate AI-related vulnerabilities

Develop proof-of-concept attacks and analyze their potential impact

Document findings, attack chains, risk assessments, and recommended mitigations

Present complex technical analyses to engineering, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders

Collaborate with peers across the organization to support secure AI development

Apply deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, tools, policies, and compliance requirements
