Salary: $53.00 USD Hourly - $57.00 USD Hourly

Description: Software Engineer - Identity & Access Management (Java/Python)

We are not accepting C2C or 1099 arrangements. Location Flexible within major U.S. hubs, with preference for: Charlotte, NC, Dallas/Irving, TX, Columbus, OH, Phoenix, AZ

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience 7+ years of experience in software engineering 7+ years of experience with Java development Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs Experience working with relational databases (SQL)

Preferred Qualifications Experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems Experience with LDAP and identity directory services Experience with Bravura Security (Pass / Identity Management Suite) Experience with C++ (legacy or integration environments) Experience with Microsoft SQL Server (2-4 years) Experience with Python development in production environments (2-4 years)

About the Role In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of identity and access management solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. You will work on moderately complex engineering challenges and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable software systems.

Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Python Build and integrate RESTful APIs for identity and authentication workflows Analyze and solve moderately complex engineering problems involving multiple variables Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver scalable IAM solutions Contribute to system design, technical planning, and implementation strategies Ensure compliance with internal security, policy, and regulatory requirements Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering best practices

Additional Notes Experience with Bravura Pass or similar password management/IAM tools is highly valued Candidates with stable career progression in enterprise environments preferred
