Lead Consultant, Autonomous Penetration Testing

Job Description:

• Design and build autonomous penetration testing pipelines and tooling
• Integrate adversarial testing into CI/CD and enterprise workflows
• Automate attack path validation and exploit verification
• Partner with Exposure Intelligence and Response teams to validate risk
• Continuously improve testing coverage and scalability
• Build and operate automated adversarial testing capabilities
• Enable continuous validation of exposures and remediation effectiveness

Requirements:

• 5+ years in penetration testing, red teaming, or security engineering
• Strong scripting/development skills, including Python, PowerShell, or similar
• Experience with offensive security tools and methodologies
• Experience with automation frameworks and pipeline integration preferred
• Familiarity with attack graphs, CTEM, or exposure validation platforms preferred
• Experience in cloud and hybrid environments preferred
• Background investigation required
• Must be eligible to work in the United States; Allstate generally does not sponsor employment-based visas
