Lead Penetration Tester

The responsibilities of the role include:
- Penetration testers analyse IT systems to determine configuration weaknesses and faults that would impact on security and business then produce reports detailing the findings and recommendations for improved network security.
Selection Criteria and Qualifications - Minimum 5 years' experience in infrastructure and/or web application penetration testing.
- Experience with the Australian Government’s Information Security Manual.
- Experience assessing and exploiting common vulnerabilities in enterprise networks and infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD).
- Experience in assessing, identifying and exploiting known vulnerabilities (OWASP Top 10) in web applications and supporting infrastructure.
- Professional certifications such as OCSP, GPEN, OSWA, GWAPT, OSWE, OSCE.
- Experience developing security tools across varying system architectures; exposure to testing enclaved networks and classified systems.
- Practical knowledge of web application penetration testing, including fuzzing, scripting, and application logic exploitation.
