Penetration Tester

Our Cyber department is looking to expand our agency partners for one of our contract-to-hire roles. Attached are the details for the position and below are the compensation and logistics.

Bill Rate: $110 - $120/hour target

Future Conversion Salary: Targeting $130k - $150k

Submittal Process: For contractors, we do not use Workday. Simply send an email to Jaime and CC me and Claudia.

Interview Process: For candidates selected to move forward, we'll reach out for their contact details and our Executive Assistant, Eddie, will coordinate and send out Teams invites to candidates and our internal Cyber interviewers. We do have several rounds of interviews and vet our Cyber candidates thoroughly. Upon final round, I will reach out and conduct a mini-HR screening call. Purpose of my screening call near the end is different from our FTE roles and more so another culture-fit interviewer as well as to assess conversion alignment.

Location: Remote is fine, however they will have some late evening calls with our Asia stakeholders and must be comfortable with this. Additionally, we have the following states we cannot hire from and will need to avoid: AK, KS, MD, and NM

Sponsorship: Similar to our other roles, we will be seeking candidates who do not require sponsorship.
