Penetration Tester

Hello, No H1s Please Position: Lead QA Tester Location: Memphis, TN ( 2- 3 days onsite ) Duration: 12+ Months COntract Job Description This role will require someone who can lead and coordinate testing efforts horizontally across multiple ARTs. On a day-to-day basis this person will be supporting various portfolios, coming up with master scenarios that ensure everything is flowing through their systems properly, executing active testing cycle work to track down issues, coordinate live testing calls, and researching testing defects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, testing procedures, data flow creation/diagraming, with experience in AI/ML, PowerBI reporting, and API management. Experience in ephemeral environments is a nice to have. Additional Skills & Qualifications Qualifications: - Proven experience in program management and testing procedures. - Strong experience in PowerBI for reporting. - Knowledge of automation tools and techniques. - Proficiency in APIs, Cucumber, SNOW, Sparx, and Postman. - Experience in ephemeral environments is a plus. - Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate across multiple teams. Responsibilities: - Develop detailed test scenarios and manage daily reporting during active testing cycles. - Utilize PowerBI for reporting and data visualization. - Implement automation where possible, while recognizing that not everything can be automated. - Work with the environmental team to coordinate live testing calls and research defects. - Collaborate with ARTs to verify information. - Measure the quality of tests, detailed steps, defect rates, and adherence to tight deadlines. - Follow FedEx standards for process onboarding and test data management. - Manage test cycle life, test case scenarios, and active testing cycles.
