Penetration Tester – Fintech

Job Description: - Perform recurring penetration testing (weekly) on infrastructure and mobile applications, covering Retorna’s stack end-to-end

• Place special focus on the security review of mobile apps (iOS/Android)
• Design and implement a proactive testing program to replace the current reactive, ad-hoc, case-based approach
• Manage the lifecycle of discovered vulnerabilities: prioritization, tracking remediation timelines, and coordinating with the responsible teams
• Contribute to strengthening App Security practices beyond point-in-time pentesting
• Lay the groundwork to, in the future, incorporate Red Teaming capabilities into the team

Requirements: - Proven experience in penetration testing, with a particular focus on mobile applications

• Experience at a large security consultancy is a plus
• Experience in App Security, not only offensive security
• Ability to manage vulnerabilities end-to-end: reporting, prioritization, and tracking timelines and processes with other teams
• Autonomy to work 100% remotely in a team distributed across multiple countries
• Desirable: initial interest or experience in Red Teaming
