Red Team Cyber Analyst

What You'll Tackle:

• Design and execute insider threat and data exfiltration simulations.
• Assess DLP controls across endpoint, email, cloud, and collaboration platforms.
• Identify control weaknesses, policy gaps, and detection blind spots.
• Test effectiveness of sensitivity labels, data classification, and policy enforcement mechanisms.
• Evaluate risks associated with privileged users, third-party access, and compromised accounts.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve monitoring and control effectiveness.
• Support validation of new data protection initiatives and technology deployments.
• Deliver findings and remediation recommendations to stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of experience in Red Team, Offensive Security, Purple Team, or Adversary Simulation roles.
• Experience testing or validating Data Loss Prevention technologies.
• Strong knowledge of insider threat behaviors and data exfiltration techniques.
• Experience with endpoint, email, cloud, and collaboration security technologies.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to communicate technical findings to technical and business audiences.
• Experience operating in regulated industries.
• Knowledge of threat modeling and risk assessment methodologies.
• Microsoft Purview (DLP, Information Protection, Insider Risk).
• Varonis.
• Proofpoint TAP, TRAP, or CASB.
