Job Title: Senior Penetration Tester / Red Team Lead

Columbia, SC(Hybrid) 3 days onsite/2days remote

Education: Bachelor''s Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related field.

Certifications: At least one of the following: OSCP, GPEN, GWAPT, CEH, CISSP or CompTIA PenTest+

Description: Serve as the lead resource for Vulnerability Assessments and Penetration Testing engagements. Responsible for conducting comprehensive security assessments across networks, applications, infrastructure, and cloud environments while providing actionable remediation recommendations.

Responsibilities:

- Perform internal and external penetration testing

- Conduct web application and infrastructure security assessments

- Execute vulnerability scanning and exploitation activities

- Perform Active Directory security assessments

- Validate and triage vulnerabilities and false positives

- Develop executive-level and technical assessment reports

- Present findings and remediation recommendations

- Support incident response engagements through adversary simulation activities

Required Skills:

- 8+ Years of experience

- External and internal penetration testing across networks, applications, and infrastructure

- Vulnerability scanning, exploitation techniques, and false positive analysis and triage

- Active Directory assessments and technology-specific vulnerability testing

- Producing detailed findings reports with executive summaries and root cause analysis

- Experience conducting assessments in state, local, or federal government environments

- Familiarity with PCI-DSS QSA/ASV processes is a plus
